Typical of the politicians in this part of Hamilton County. They play the protectionism game and the losers are small business people and the residents of Noblesville. Too bad, too, because there are a couple of really good food trucks from the area that would love to set up, but won't as long as the thieving council maintains their ways. Guess they'll have to take their business to Carmel and Fishers, Noblesville is too good for them.

On Fridays I take the crew to lunch on Fridays. A couple of months ago we all walked over to the food truck set up at the courthouse. It was great! Even though I learned that a hungry paralegal can eat two blackbean burgers in a blink of an eye.:D

Health inspections are one thing but the only purpose of this law is to build fences. I hope they reconsider as they are missing out on some great grub.

I guess Fishers, Carmel, and Westfield should pass "$0 Roach Coach" Permits", and let Noblevillians starve.

Fishers already has a $200 fee to line their coffers, but Carmel has $0. Not sure about Westfield. Carmel gets food truck traffic and Noblesville republicans just priced themselves out of the market. Pro business? Yeah, right.

I work in Carmel and we have a new food truck on our campus at lunchtime almost every day.

Haven't bought from a Roach Coach since I left the Army.

Ha, I remember those "We'll be Back"...the original Food Trucks

Had a 1SG running back and forth from the field to garrison bring pogey bait back to the field in his M113...he wrote on the outside of the ramp "We'll be back". Just one of my fond memories.

There are some great food truck options out there right now. I counted over twenty at the Gencon beer garden last night. Short-sighted of Noblesville, to be sure.

Where does it say anything about Republicans? Either way, that is a jack ### thing to do.

Every last member of the Noblesville Council are republicans. There are no democrats in any position in the town. Hence, it was republicans who did this. Not dems, not libertarians, not greens. Republicans. Those so called supporters of smaller government and pro business. Yeah, right.

The irony on this is amazing. I've noticed this about Republicans, if you don't agree with them, or they don't like you, they will work hard to legislate you away from them.

Unlike the Democrats who will call you a racist and sick the DOJ, the IRS, the unions, the press, and the ACLU on you. Or the Libertarians who will claim they want to kick your ass and yell a lot but have instructed their buddy to hold them back no matter what. "You're lucky I can't reach you!"

I don't think this is so much a political issue as it is a human issue. Mr J just takes every opportunity he can to slam the (R)s. Strange that he doesn't seem to have the same venom for the (D)s.
