Have you contacted Kirk Freeman? If you haven't, you may do well to hear his opinion as well. If both laughed you away, then there is no hope left in this state short of legislation.

Kirk thinks its futile. Copper didnt do much wrong in his opinion (if I remember correctly, not making accusations)

Like I said, no hope short of legislation. Yay.

I guess I will ask for a receipt (or voucher, or whatever the hell it is called) if an officer decides to seize my firearm.

He never responded to my email

When I first came on here, everyone said to contact Guy. I have never been able to get a reply from him either and gave up a long time ago. Kirk, responded very quickly the one time I emailed him with a question.

Did anyone think to try and call instead of just email? Emails are not as important as a person on the phone and no way to know for sure he even got the email.

Thats what I did when I wanted to talk to him. Had him on the phone 1st try in fact.

I don't recall if I left any phone messages or not. My situation has been addressed (at least part of it) so no longer need to get his input. Good luck Dan. I would imagine what the lawyer you did contact was expressing was that you could end up with a lot of legal fees and no satisfaction/response. It just depends on how much you want to spend and how important it is to make your point. It is easy for people to tell you to go for it and pursue this to the very end if they aren't paying the bill.
