The season has officially began. I managed to get mine out and ready before the first snow fall this year.

I refuse to install snow removal equipment, or put up a Christmas tree, before the day after Thanksgiving.

Screw mother nature. It's a matter of principle.:xmad:

The 8 inches of snow that biatch dumped will just have to remove itself.:p

I have this week of vacation, when I go back different people will be on vacation the rest of the year. Meaning I'll have 60 hour weeks or so.
So you bet tomorrow I'm going to be out there trying to get Christmas lights up, or putting a part on my snowblower.

Was supposed to today, but got caught in 7 friggin hours of paperwork.

There's always at least one nonconformist in the crowd!!

I hate the snow but I like playing with my snowblower!

Twice. Ugh. Shoveled once. Watched a movie. Drifts covered driveway again. Shoveled again and built a small snow wall second time around. No more drifting. :)

Next year I will be buying markers for the edges of the driveway. It is really tough to see where driveway ends and grass begins. Plus I stayed home with the boy today for a snow day. May as well try to get my steps in for the day. :)

I think this might just be the earliest I have gotten the snowblower out and ready to go. Bring on the snow. I am ready to go!

Put the blower on the tractor about 2 weeks ago. Probably the earliest I've done it, usually I'm out there doing it so I can clean up the snow that fell the night before.

Got the heater on in the barn and plan to go out tonight to rearrange things. I bought a 28" ariens new three years ago and haven't used it the last two years due to lack of snow.

I also need to finish up the Bobcat, about 1-2 hours and it will be going strong.

You need to stay away from Jedi and his snow. :nono:

:): One year I drug the f'n thing threw 6 inches of snow from the shed on the back half of the property. :faint: I love this thing, but it never starts with the pull start on the first start of the year.

I am hoping that dragging it out and putting it in my way in the garage means I won't need it. The first year I bought it I only needed it 3 times. We shall see.

If I don't need to use the snowblower I feel it's a great winter. At least three times in my 63 years it has rained in the winter. Global warming? :dunno:
