    Still not impeachable, IMHO.
Agree since there were reports of the Bidens questionable dealings and conflicts of interest with Chinese affiliated entities that profited them while Biden was VP.

To me it's all fair game for the President to call for such inquiries into corruption and conflicts of interest. It's part of his executive duties.

Couple of questions. Biden was last VP on what date? Donald Trump became president when? If the things that the Biden's are accused of, in both China and the Ukraine, were such a big deal, why is the president just now deciding to have these issues investigated? Oh, and if he suggests investigating the Biden's during open forum, isn't that counterproductive to a potential investigation, because you've tipped off the suspect?

    Doesn't matter.

The Investigator in Chief can decide how to apply his resources. ;)

Might as well ask why the Clinton Foundation hasn't been investigated. (I gotta believe there's indictments at the end of that rainbow.)

He didn't just now decide to investigate. It's something that has been building for some time. Also, it appears that Guliani with the biggest hardon for investigating Biden.

Addressing your first part there is new information comming to light concerning a conflicting narrative about what took place concerning the Burisma Ukraine instigation and the firing of the prosecutor. Referencing The Hill's John Solomon reporting.

Now on to your second part. Trump might as well come right out into an open forum and urge the Chinese probe because it would most likely end up being leaked anyway or the subject of another"whistleblower" complaint..

I understand the Adam Schiff is adding "Crimes Against the Environment" to the Impeachment charges because Trump is not using the oxygen he is breathing in to promote world-wide Socialism.

AOC thinks it's a good idea.

I think if he had begun trying to investigate how the Russian Collusion Hoax before the Mueller report was released, he would have been accused of obstruction and attempting to intimidate potential witnesses.

Right, instead he was accused of obstruction and attempting to intimidate potential witnesses.

An attorney's opinion on Trump asking other nations to investigate the Bidens... like China, Australia, etc.

As far as we know there is no DOJ investigation of Hunter Biden and no one has even suggested what laws he could have broken.

Instead, politicians are calling for investigations by foreign governments. They're using the weight of the U.S. gov't to influence a U.S. election.

Republicans don't seem to grasp that it is an abuse of office to ask foreign governments to investigate political rivals for the purpose of influencing an election.

This is a "misdemeanor" in the "high Crimes and misdemeanors" sense of the word.

    Cool!
So all someone has to do to avoid a federal investigation is to run for office? No.

And if Hilary decides to run, her investigation just disappears also? No.

Sure sounds like just a dumocrap biased lawyer, dime-a-dozen. Nothing wrong with investigating people for corruption for the purpose of stopping the corruption regardless of their other hobbies. Besides Hunter Biden isn't running for anything and probably never will be able to. What dumocraps don't understand is that it is wrong to get involved in corruption and even more so if you are a public servant.

Kavanaugh is how old now? And he was in college when? If his behavior in college was such a big deal, why wasn't he investigated back then? :)
