      New Ruger pistol

I havent shot this gun but I have heard that there is a recall on all SR9. I heard it is because somebody dropped there SR9 and it went off and shot him through the ankle. Since then Ruger has recalled all.

      Suggestions on Pistol Safes

Yes there is an over ride key. You get only one attempt. If you push the wrong button to start with then you are locked out. Needless to say I keep a key handy. Another question I have is how do you power your safe? Wall or Battery? I understand that some require none.

      Man's Best Friend

I have two dogs. One is an outside dog. (German Shepard) She doesnt care for anyone but us. I have another inside which is a black Lab. If anyone pulls into my driveway or cuts through my yard we will know. My Shep patrols the entire 3 acres.

      Suggestions on Pistol Safes

smith wesson safe (Dont buy) I have a smith and wesson safe under my bed. The safe is nice quality but with one major problem. If you accidently push the wrong code to unlock it will lock you out for 5 minutes.

      9mm, .40, .45 what's the BEST

Fav Caliber I favor the 40 for the simple fact that it has more take down power than a 9mm but you get the benefit of a lot of rounds. I think that was a good question to ask. Shot placement is great but when your mind is stressed small things become much more difficult. I like whoever said...
