So I guess I was wrong, my 629 Mountain Gun is a 4" barrel. What was the diference between the 629-3, -4, -5. I have been looking but have not had much luck.

I have a friend that does concrete work. Those guys are always looking for someplace to get rid of the dirt / topsoil they dig up. You might check with a local concrete guy. It might take a while to get enough to fill the backyard, but if the price is right that might not be a bad idea.
