What did you load or shoot today?
I shot some 6.5x55's and loaded 100 140gr of the same, 100 22 hornet 34gr and 100 45 colt with 300 grain hard cast lead.

My New Squirrel Rifle
You know, if you use some of the solid copper bullets I think they would penetrate both sides of a squirrel.

Where do you keep your Home Defense Shotgun?
I keep mine at my back door so I can walk out on my deck and fire 2 shots in the air to scare off bad people.....LOL.... geez.

Taurus 85 for my wife.
I would try a Wolff spring kit first, cheap and easy to put in and then if that isn't good enough... polish the mating surfaces of the moving internals, not the sear. There are videos on youtube.
