      There is no such thing as "death panels"... up to now if you wanted to talk to your doc about living wills etc etc (which btw I sugest EVERYONE do, no matter your health or age) the doc may or may not be reimbursed for it... that is what this is about. Giovanni F. Lentini RRT NPS

      It is quite legal to ship to a buyer in the same state... HOWEVER you will NOT find a common carrier willing to do it... they all have RULES that state one party must be an FFL... it is also against Federal Law for you not to tell the common carrier that there is a firearm in the package...
