I dont know what your budget is but I would highly recommend Really Right Stuff. I am using the tvc-24 and travel all over the place with mine. It is light and solid. The tripod and ball head will be the last one you will ever buy.

I purchased these new bulk pack a few years ago. They have been stored in an ammo can for the last few years. I do not have a need for these any more as my barrel likes a heavier grain bullet.
It is a TGI build. The rail is off bad. I was hoping to not have to file it by hand. If there is any suggestions on gunsmiths that can mill it please let me know.
I have a PSL rifle with a scope rail that is too wide. Due to this I am bot able to mount my scope. Can anyone recommend a local gunsmith or machine shop that could mill down this rail for me in the Indianapolis area or close by?
Does your 99 bolt serial number match the receiver? Does it have monopod and cleaning rod? All of these items will change the value of your rifle.
FYI the original Type 99 slings are very hard to come by now days and sell for $200-$400 by themselves.

I am using a spikes barrel that I had cut to 5". I went with a 10" Spikes BAR rail and a Thompson Machine ISIS suppresor. The ISIS is approx 1 6/16 diameter. BAR hand guard is approx 2" diameter. On my setup the ISIS sticks out 3" from the hand guard. Hope that helps.
