Your small victories are still a lot better than the guy who doesnt come in to train at all. I dont care how small your victories seemed. When you keep piling small victories on, they quickly turn into medium ones and so on. Keep it up, and youll be tapping a blue belt once in awhile, and...
This. My department uses the x2 which offers us a follow up shot if the first one doesn't work. We rrun a 50 percent success rate. The failures are mostly due to baggy clothing and the probes not being able to penetrate. I certainly wouldn't trust my life to a 50 percent success rate.
I've been hit with most brands and blends of spray, and they all really burn. I tell people it's like being burned by 700 or 800 degree fire. It just really burns. It takes a little while to set in, and someone who is determined will not be incapacitated.

Well our profession has changed quite a bit since you left. The social justice warriors, cop blockers, wanna be mma fighters, and a potus who has manipulated the media have made our job exponentially more difficult since you left. Maybe you should stick with your "gravy" job and leave...
At the end of the day, none of us were in that situation. It isn't fair to be internet tough guys and say what should have been done here. A man fighting a woman is a lose lose battle for the man. If we take into account the race of the man and the race of the woman in todays political...
It really is a calling man. Most cops i know and have worked with have wanted to be cops their entire lives. Depending on where you work, the schedule and pay can be good or bad. I started out working at the jail in Marion county. I got some great training, and really learned how to talk to...
