      I would suggest taping on the scope with the handle of a screw driver. Just tap dont bang it, sometimes especially in the cooler fall weather the mechanism in a scope will stick. This will help it move inside and may help your situation.

      You should come back and try it again. Some of the changes I think you might like. They have a real gun guy as a range officer and he is trying to make some changes for the better.

      I can only speak for Wilbur Wright but a permit is no longer required to shoot a handgun on the range.

      As of July 1 2011 you are no longer required to have a carry permit to shoot on Wilbur Wright Range. You must transport thw gun in the fashion described in the new law but NO permit to shoot. CAUTION: you may not wear a holstered handgun on the range.

      I am a new user and just thought I would say hello. I am From the Hagerstown area and I currently work for the Wilbur Wright Range as a range officer. I am a certified range officer and rifle instructor, and work with the Boy Scouts as a merit badge instructor.
