      I have the RCBS and a friend has the Hornady, I can't tell any difference in the accuracy of charges thrown with either but both are so slow I rarely use mine now and have gone back to using my Redding measure for most everything

      .223 or 30-06

      If your only going to own 1 rifle to do everything with and not shoot that often, 30-06 can and will do it all, with the proper loads. If you just want to plink and target shoot and maybe varmint hunt you can't beat the .223, but please, if you ever decide to hunt larger game buy another rifle...

      I've seen this before, you definetly have a headspace problem! When these rifles were brought home by military personel as souvenirs it was quikly realized ammo was not available, so many were rechambered to accept a .257 Roberts case necked up and loaded with a 6.5 bullet.
