      The bill doesn't say bump stocks, it say's parts or combination of parts to increase the rate of fire. That is match triggers, lightweight bolt carriers and heavy buffer springs.

      Let's forget about bump stocks and think about other accessories that change the rate of fire. Buffers, buffer springs, lightweight bolt carriers, aftermarket triggers. That's just for ar15s, what about other guns. Can't a Volquartsen or Kidd trigger increase the rate of fire from a 10/22?

      The ATF does not agree and I don't agree that bumpstock=machinegun=NFA. Next it will be binary triggers then a Geissele SSA-E because it increases the rate of fire.
