      Lapping

      I took a quick look but didn't find what I was looking for. I have a .44 mag and a .30-06 wit scopes on them. My question is, is it worth buying a lapping set and lapping my rings or is it not really necessary?

      A good bi-pod

      I'm looking for a good bi-pod for my .30-06 I just got. I looking for a pretty good one but I don't want to put a whole lot of money into it because I don't actually know how much it will be on the gun since it has wood furniture.

      Range

      Is there a range within reasonable distance of Vincennes that you don't have to be a member to shoot at?

      What's a good caliber?

      I'm looking for my first high power rifle, and a place around where I live has a nice 7mm rem mag. What I was wondering tho, is there a better caliber that's not super expensive and not chambered in the same chambers ar-15s are, because those aren't very easy to get right now.
