      i paid 210 for a lower the other day from a friend. so a bonus there on the private sell i believe. i feel with the circumstances that it was a good buy.(DTI) untouched.

      i managed to pick up a dti lower from a friend for what i felt was a fair price this weekend. i understand that this my not be the best time but i feel if i can build one for under a 1000 i will be happy. got 210 in a lower so far. but i felt ok paying that for a private sell.
