300 Blackout SUBSONIC for deer? What are your thoughts?
Suppressed full power 300 BLK cuts the noise to a tolerable level with good ballistics. I also use an 8.2" barrel. Almost exactly the same length as my 16" AR but quieter.- romad7

This is a pretty much brand new gun that I got in a trade. I wiped off, loaded up the mag and locked it up. Never fired it. I'm just too invested in Glocks to add a different gun into the mix. Would be $2200 new, I want $2000,now $1850 shipped. Only trades would be 9mm Glocks.- romad7

Were the markings removed or was the slide made blank? If you remove the markings on the side of a Glock then you'll have a recessed area. -
Why the decline in SHTF/HD shotguns?
Having a silencer on an SBR is a huge benefit over a shotgun. I do have a shotgun that I've trained with also. -
First aid trauma kits
You don't necessarily need to know how to use all the pieces in your kit, if you come across a scene and there is a trained person there who doesn't have anything with them then they can use your kit. If you know absolutely nothing but have a good kit then you can still help by providing life...- romad7

1. The flash can type devices would be best. I have one from Royal Arms and it's pretty good and cheaper than the pig. I looked at both of those and they are nice but each had deal breakers for me. The Gibbs one adds too many non-standard parts and complexity. I could completely lose/break the side charging handle on mine and keep going using the standard CH. I also keep a spare handle in my grip storage. I... -
