      I read a lot of good/great reviews about the SWR Spectre 2, and I have been looking for one but so far no luck. The Sparrow is rated pretty good too, but people complain of first round pop, especially on pistols.

      I agree entirely, I fully expected to pay to have the sights installed. I only bought the sights online because nobody had the specific type I wanted in stock. Nothing comes for free. But yes, Springfield did the install free because I owned one of their guns and bought the sights from them...

      Thanks for the reply. I thoroughly enjoyed the "overkill" testing methods and I will stay tuned for more. It would also be interesting to pit this scope against other brands, but that could also get expensive really quick if a Leuopold broke after every test :) Keep up the great reviews!
