10-22 carbine with Tech Sights, 2 - 10 round mags, 1 - 25 round mag, extended mag release lever, some aftermarket internals but I don't remember exactly what. I set this gun up for Appleseeds several years ago and it works good. I can't see to use the tech...
I need some opinions, and I know there are plenty of those here! :D:ingo:
I'm wanting a home defense shotgun.
I have a Mossberg 500A with a 24" (or 26") vent rib barrel and a full rifled cantelevered scope mount slug barrel. It also has the exchangeable combs.
I can't buy another shotgun...
I'm looking to buy, either new or used a scope for my .223 bolt rifle. I'd like something that had magnification up to around x20. I know that will increase the price.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
POC
He came up with some old, side mount scope rings for my rifle. Shipping was quick, and gave me some advice when it came time for me to install things.

Hi all. I have a spring that my family and my sisters get our water from. The holding tank was built...80 years ago? It is concrete walls on two sides that run up to the base of the bluff that the spring comes out of. The walls are in need of some repair. I've talked to the folks at UGL (?)...
I have my, venerable, Stevens 66-B Buckhorn rifle. I got the side mount base and rings. I got everything mounted with the scope. When the bolt is lifted it is about 1/8" away from the body tube of the scope, which is ok, close, but doable. But when I pull the bolt handle back the handle hits the...
I am thinking of keeping a pistol in my pickup. I drive this truck mostly to work, rarely anywhere else. I can't carry while I'm at work, so I'm thinking that having a gun that I just leave in the truck all the time would be the answer.
When I go out with the family anywhere I CC. But we take...
I'm trying to put a scope on my Stevens 66-B. It is a great shooting rifle, but I can't use the open sights, my eyes just won't focus. It is d&t with two holes on the left side of the barrel. I believe (from what I've read) these would be for a Weaver N3 type mount.
Would this fit the bill...
I haven't drawn on a board in a long time. I'm putting a porch on the front of the house this summer and can't for the life of me remember how to draw the plan view of the roof. I know it is seen foreshortened in the top view, and there is a way to draw a line....parallel to the roof and....I...
We really need to get something that is 4x4 out here where we live.
This is a good looking car (for a wagon), actually classified as a "cross-over SUV"
It was a fleet car before we bought it, so we're second owners.
It has a little over 75K miles on it right now, we're still driving it so that...
Where are most of the shoots held for this group? Are they at public or private ranges? Anyone have any insight as to having a bunch of strangers to my private range to shoot? :dunno:
Thanks,
Patrick
Read this over on 24hourcampfire.com, thought I'd spread it around....

Anybody on here good with Photoshop?
I have a (I think) simple photo edit.
It involves putting a new color of roofing on a photo of our house.
PM me if you think you can help.
Thanks,
I'd appreciate it.
