A bit racist perhaps? Or is it the truck or ball caps??

Please describe the look, keep in mind I have met plenty in my life time. How would he compare to a guy who poaches turkey?

I think what people usually mean when they make statements like that, is "Looking at that dork, I am not surprised".

It often means absolutely nothing, other than they think said person looks like a dork.

I think in this case, it probably has to do with the porn star goatee.

Be honest, if you were told these men poached, then looked at the pictures.....

You know you want to believe it... it is a vain human trait, and while I would agree that it is not PC, and it often leads to unjust characterization - all of us do it to some degree.

Yeah, that is right - I even threw Mel Gibson in the mix. Why? Because, honestly - just look at what was going on in that point in his life. Unless you plan to duel another man at sunrise, or own a fried chicken franchise - you cannot pull that look off.

Also, note that all of the pictured gentlemen are white. Yup, you guessed it - because I am racist. :D

Seems far more does (meat deer) get pocached than trophey bucks from what I see and hear. Mainly because people want a freezer full of meat without paying for all those tags.

Racists? Now that deserves an explanation,
What part of my questions did you not get? Racists was simply one option and an easy one to come by as well, but I gave multiple options, all in the form of questions. Miguel did not explain his observation so the questions will go unanswered. Just like the accusations made in the thread.

    Here is mine:
A thread was made calling people criminals. It has a picture which includes a minor. As I type this, this thread now has over 2000 views.

Now, you all go walk in that kids shoes for a day or as a parent, in hers. Take your pick. This is not about crime and punishment, it is about guilt or innocence. There are at least 100 scenarios we could come up with in regards to this crime if in fact there is any crime at all.

I say the intent of the OP was to show the people, not the deer, otherwise we would not be seeing their faces, now would we? Guilty or not, if the OP knows the people in this picture, I would think he might get a visit. People don't act rational when it comes to their kids well being and I see no reason why anyone should.

    Do any of you?

Not that I know of. But once you peel the hide back and expose the entrance and exit wounds, it's not hard to figure out.

with the flip out broadheads the entrance wounds looks like a bullet hole and if it hit a rib on the way out could look like a bullet exit wound.....so it's not that cut and dry.....

Since I wasn't there personally, I can just tell you what I was told by those that were.

I'm not disagreeing with you. Personally I doubt I could tell the difference.

But the guy said it was clearly not taken with an arrow.

I understand that the COs have a "wipe" that when rubbed over the wound will react to lead residue. If they used Barnes coppers that wouldn't work...

I don't think its that difficult to tell the difference between a broadhead wound and bullet wound. It should be fairly odvious once the skin is pulled back.

Well I still have not seen or heard anymore info from the local newspapers, I also hunt the same county that it was supposed to happen in. Like I said before jealousy is what it still seems to be.But maybe I missed the paper as I have been spending most of my time in the woods,In my opinion it would not be poaching if the person consumed the animal. But it would be if he shot it for the mount.Just another way for the state to make money, but that is another argument we should save for later.

Not all game violations make the paper.

The guy that killed the "Nightmare" buck said he was going to eat it all (except the massive antlers) , so that makes it all right? NOOOOOO...
