@KellyinAvon @GuyRelford -- this is directly relevant to HEA1084 that was just signed by Governor Holcomb . . . Wells Fargo is debanking firearm dealers and Republican political office candidates (House and Senate). See this YouTube video about a letter sent to Wells Fargo signed by 16 State Attorneys General, including Indiana's. Jared Yanis can be vocally strident, but gets the facts out in this one.

It's time to ARC LIGHT the Governor and help him find a pen.

    Phone calls 317-232-4567

Link below to leave a message.

    Remind the Governor:

In April 2019 at the NRA Annual Meeting of Members you said, “Removing any and all barriers for lawful carry in our state is significant for the many Hoosier gun owners who want to protect themselves and others.”

And that it is now time for him to protect the personally identifiable information of thousands of Hoosier gun owners. Sign HEA 1235!!!

It's time for OPERATION ENCOURAGE THE GOVERNOR TO SIGN HEA 1235

Option 1 (bumped thread has the number) leaves a message. Option 2 speaks to a person. Time to light them both up!!

Leave a message (bumping @MRockwell 's direct link next post) needs lit up too. Email is mandatory, phone is not. How many different emails do you have? I have several. Copy/paste is your friend.

Be polite, be professional. Leave the impolite unprofessionalism to the antis!

Speaking metaphorically of course. We don't have any B-52s, or Mk-82s.

I wrote a polite but firm email and left an URGENT voice mail this morning outlining my expectations that he will sign it. To mark a voice mail urgent, press the # key after recording the message, select the "URGENT" option, and then send it. We need to overflow his voice mail. I've little doubt the Grannies Desperate for Action are also launching a campaign for him to veto it. We need to overwhelm them.

Some of us are old enough to have recognized the cultural reference immediately. As an aside, the lethal ellipse of a 500 lb Mk-82 "in the open" (versus man-made structures) is approximately the size of a football field (length and width), including in a jungle. It's an ellipse versus a circle due to how it impacts when dropped from moving aircraft. Significant casualties will occur over a much wider area. If you think a Mk-82 is bad-ass, you don't want to be anywhere near ground-zero of a Mk-84. There are newer Paveway variants of the Mk-82, Mk-83 and Mk-84 that use bolt-on guidance hardware to make them more accurate. Those of us who might have had need to call for air support had to know these things and the distances that would make their deployment "Danger Close".
