Pumpkin Fest is the unclassified nickname for a special access program. Sounds good anyway, you'll need a TS-SCI security clearance. I think a TSCi is a Scion coupe.

A obvious sniper position that all can see is nothing to worry about. The sniper position you don't know exist or can't see is the one to worry about.
