The total income of women is about 70%-80% of what men make. This is because women choose lower paying careers (like teacher versus engineer) and more women work part time than men do. Women are paid less in the aggregate for the same reason that the unemployed are paid less.
Any woman who has education and seniority equal to a man and is paid less can sue her employer for discrimination.

The only way to have totally equal pay is to have a tax rate of 100% and have the government dole out the money equally.

I made serious money before retirement and my spouse out earned me for 15 years straight.
If you want it and are willing to work for it the wages are out there.

Any female who says this is about Trump needs to check his record when it comes to his multi-BILLION-dollar corperations:

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...53018f9a0ec_story.html?utm_term=.927613ad48d4

There are many other articles, some of which try hard to discredit Trump as they have a hard time dealing with people saying good things about Trump. Seems like Trump has probably done more for women in business than just about any other male business magnate.

they asked for the day off, the bosses allowed them a day off. I would say that's their own time. :dunno:
    .
I would have to disagree, in the case of schools. Teachers need to do their job every day. If they shut down the school by taking off and the school allows it that is a crime against the students and parents.
