A UPS store p*sed me off

Same here with a UPS store. Was one in Noblesville, and they asked me if it was anything fragile, I said "yes, it's a scope". STOP. "you mean like a gun scope"...."uhhhh...yeah". They said they couldn't and wouldn't ship it. I ended up going to the main processing UPS store (which is where they told me I'd have to go) and the guy there was pis.ed. He said "I don't understand why they keep sending people here. They CAN ship this stuff, but the stores are franchised so if the don't WANT to they don't have to".
