    Just my take but as CYA a Indiana Drivers License, LTCH, and Buyer Signed and Witnessed Bill of Sale would be my requirements.

    With this unless the guy showed up and acted like a complete phyco freak you should have yourself covered if he uses it in a crime.

    :twocents: Not required by with the number of nut jobs around these days one can't be too careful.

    It's legal to sell pistols to adults under 21, so long as they're 18. I bought my first pistol a few weeks after I turned 18 from a private seller.

    Yea you coulda sold it to him. Stupid laws. I had my carry permit at 18 but couldn't buy a gun unless it was off of someone. Kinda backwards but that's indiana.
