On my buddies wifes 'car' (CR-V) you can set up different driver preference profiles. As well as seat and mirror position memory, you can tell the car to turn all the happy **** off when your profile is selected and the selection provides the affirmative choice they need to absolve them from liability claims
Seems like a pretty good way to implement things
