Pretty easy, just let them borrow your money all year without paying you any interest on it... that said, I have gotten a small refund the last few years, but who knows what next year will bring.

I got my refund and bought a new recliner. I also renewed my license plates.

Even though we know the refund (or lack thereof) doesn't affect the actual amount the Govt. takes from each of us, we still tie an emotion to the refund not the actual tax.

I want to custom build a nice sub 1/4 moa bolt action. Actually want to build a few, but the one I want to start with will be a 30-06 hunting rifle. Next one after that, 300 WM long range. Not sure when I'll get started. Still doing homework. But I think I know who I'm going to ask to build it.
