Good choice, I like mine. As cosermann said, Mec gar mags are good. I actually like them a little better than the factory mags.

Yup,like KPierce said, the cup is to protect the pistol case from crushing on the pistol. My guess is that it allows the factory to stack the pistols a little higher while in storage.

Well I pulled the trigger tonight and bought the M9:D

I think that I confused the clerk when I went over and grabbed a box of 22 CCI minimags while I was waiting for the papers to clear. He saw the ammo and said "do you want some 9mm ammo"?:D

I guess he couldn't have known that I had plenty of 9 at home but
I need the 22's for another little gun I had.

Congrats on the new Beretta. Sorry you bought one last night as I just posted mine for sale here on the forum!!

The Berettas are GREAT shooters and make great range/ SD/ HD guns!

    Have fun!

What is the little cup thing in the last picture with the Beretta logo?

My son will be pretty surprised. We have not cleaned our guns from last Saturdays range trip. Last night he said "we should clean those guns" but he does not know that I have this yet. So when we start to clean the others I am going to hand him this case and tell him to start with this.

Nice looking pistol, don't woory about the cup in the case. The Beretta won't spend much time in there anyways.:D

I bought one the day I turned 21, still my favorite gun. put a couple thousand rounds through it of various cheap and expensive ammo. Not one malfunction. Easy to use, easy to strip and clean. It's also a novelty gun in my opinion. I highly recommend it. Every collection should have one.
