    P226 9mm
    P228 9mm (heard of it but never saw one in use)
    HK MK23 45cal (toolbox but not practical)
    MP5 9mm was gold in early 90s.

    :patriot::ingo::patriot:

    The Mark23 was impractical…that's why last year they discarded it and replaced it with the HK45 compact with special sights and a threaded barrel.

    Now I have this image in my head of a bunch of tactically decked out Navy SEALs storming the compound, blowing the crap out of everything else, but standing around bin Laden in a circle wailing away on him with yellow plastic wiffle bats like a piñata. Then they grab his "intel" (porn stash) and drag his body out to a ship to be dropped over the side into the ocean.

    Awesome.

    Yep. I LOL'd! Great visual!

    Wonder if they can use HP ammo, or have to go by the way that the rest of the military has to.

    I know a lot of the units use "ICE Bullets" made out of their favorite flavor of kool aide, they dont want any evidence when they leave.

    I have a few friends who worked with SEAL team 6 and i worked on Dam Neck base for 7 years. They use Sig P226s and that is pretty well known.
