Best bourbon under $50?

I like Makers Mark... But I have been drinking Eagle Rare more and more.

I didn't care for Buffalo Trace.

Evan Williams single barrel vintage is my bourban and branch favorite. Aged 10 years for a little over $30 bucks, hard to beat

Any idea on who carries it and what the retail $ is?

I think I picked it up for around $35 at "King's Keg" here in North Webster. I've also seen it at Martin's in Warsaw.

W.H. Harrison - Indiana Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The standard is around $30. Their "Governor's Reserve" is around $60... but oh, so worth it. I have not tried their "Presidential Reserve."

I was also given a bottle of Backbone Bourbon as a gift during the holidays. I'm rather enjoying it. Think it is around $30 as well.

If you look hard enough you can find Blantons for 49.99. Normally its 50ish a bottle. Blantons bourbon is liquid gold.

I thought all Jameson was triple distilled...

I'll have to try that one. My wife's uncle let me polish off a bottle of 12 year the last time I was over there. She bought me a bottle of 18 year for a wedding present. I save that for special occasions. I had a bottle of Midleton. We finished that one the night the hawks one the cup in '10.

Edit: Midleton is aged in Bourbon barrels. Back on track.

Four Roses single barrel and Jim beam black are about as good as you can get for your money in my opinion!
