I was conducting a range class for a support unit. I was carrying a painted M-4 with the goodies and an underslung master key, for those of you who are unfamiliar its just a short 870 mounted 203 style(not a big fan, too much weight for too little benefit). The first sergeant from their unit holding an M-4 in his hands mind you asked "What kind of weapon is that?". Just joking around I said " Oh its the new M-5. Its an upgraded M-4 that blends in with any environment that comes with an underslung flame thrower." I was stunned into silence when he responded with "Man you guys get all the cool ****!" Needless to say it was a very long day.
