Menard is going to tap out at the next break (probably end of stage 1). They've got a substitute driver (someone from the Truck series) suited up and ready to step in. Guess he's having some neck issues and doesn't want to risk more serious injury if he were to get in a wreck.

Wow... they've got a bar that adjoins the garage area (separated by just a 4' chain link fence). $4 mixed drinks and $3 tall boys. They really are trying to get the fans back, at least at Talladega.
