Cerakote will be happening. I ordered damn near everything I need. Plan on picking up a digital electric smoker locally to use as the oven.

The STI gun is going in the classies in case someone likes the patina look and wants to save some money before I cerakote it. Here's a bunch of pics after cleaning it some more with 0000 steel wool and Hoppes #9. Did clean up a little better and the gun is smooth as butter, inside and out.

Done, for now. Still need to make a little medallion for the grips. Also, being my first gun that I've cerakoted, mistakes were made, even though I practiced beforehand. Eventually the slide and frame will get repainted, good enough for now though.
