I don't have one that I don't like, and like them all for different reasons. For me a full size 1911 is about the easiest gun I have found to shoot well, it points well and the full size frame manages recoil well. I also like Commander length guns, especially ones with bobbed tails, and I suspect that when our concealed carry law goes into effect the compact will serve well also. Of the ones I have (so far) though I guess my favorite would be my Dan Wesson CCO.

The rubber grips don't score too many style points but do work well for cold weather shooting.

The gravitational pull of those ED Browns though is veeeeeeerrrryy strong!!
