Some POS calls me a liar he deserves to prove it!

Do I need a Doctors Affidavit to post on here?

Other Vets will chime in to confirm and you cowards will disappear like rats.

OK. You have had all the chances you deserve.
You post up something that even I question and when you are questioned you fall back to name calling and attacks when...............wait for it............there were none.
If you are indeed 100% disabled I am sorry for your suffering and thankful for your service.

"But".....no amount of disability will let you act out in the manner you have since joining this forum. So in answer to JettaKnight "NO" we are not doing this **** again.

Now, I hope you step back and relax. Every post you put on here is just on the edge of angry.
    Last time. Ease up.

Medical pot equals no gun or ammo but you can still drive a car? It does not have to make sense its the law. I'm disabled and in pain too, 24/7, but no pot for me. Just a little research and you would have answered your own question.

In Indiana, no driving a car with any measurable amount of THC. There is no need to prove impairment, just the presence. THC is fat-soluble, and can remain in the body for several days after ingestion.

    IC 9-30-5-1:

    (c) A person who operates a vehicle with a controlled substance listed in schedule I or II of IC 35-48-2 or its metabolite in the person's body commits a Class C misdemeanor.

I asked a LEGITIMATE QUESTION regarding a new experimental program. I expected, to get a response from KNOWLEDGEABLE people connected with the VA or the law.

Instead I get the former Boy Scout crowd, know it alls and plain idiots who are CLUELESS about the subject matter. It is a EXPERIMENTAL PROGRAM which is obviously not published yet. IT IS A EXPERIMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I realize this topic lacks the social significance of the "do you take your cloths off when you crap", or the " Lets play the two word game." I stand humbly corrected. I forgot this was INGO rather than a serious site. My mistake.

So you really just do not get it. Your over all demeanor is rough to say the very least.
It seems that any response to you that is not right in line with your thinking is met in the very same fashion.
Serious.....you bet this can be a serious site. Very much so. Where are you looking. I remember your response to humor. The cloths off thread was a stab at lightning the mood of a serious (yes serious) time.

I see that regardless of what I ask.......or what members say you are an angry individual. In that I have let a lot slide. This will not. Find another forum full of angry members to share with as this one is not for you.
I wish you well in all things.

You had two attorneys answer your question on both the 4473 and the LTCH. You also had some questions on where you were hearing about the program then decided to take it personal and go off the rails. Yes, people questioned you, but nobody called you a liar. This may come as a shock, but you aren't the only veteran here and many of us remember the amount of rumors and BS that makes it's way through military circles. I don't know what you're dealing with at the VA, but I do know they are a gigantic pain in the ass to do anything with and can understand your frustration. Being pissed online isn't going to make people want to help you.

    *edit* Well, too late, shootered.

The feds don't regulate who can drive a car.
