Here it is: BHO on new gun laws

The 1994 AWB made it illegal to "make new" rifles that had certain features on them (ie. no bayonet lug, no flash suppressor, etc.)

If you owed one already or say company ABC made one before the date the law passed it could still be sold and you could still use it.

This is not to say that the new weapons ban will be the same. They might want to make all rifles illegal with no grandfather clause.

So far, there have been no violations of which I am aware of the Third or Seventh Amendments (quartering of troops and right to a jury trial in civil cases of value exceeding $20).

What pisses me off the most about the white house ****ting on the second amendment is that they are focusing a LOT on gun control. . . .

but they haven't done **** and are still dragging their feet on the BUDGET!
