According to the video, he was tased and fell on the ground.

While stunned on the ground he was kicked 17 times, punched 37 times, and struck with a baton 4 times.

He apparently remained on the ground for 45 minutes following the beating, with no medical attention.

His current location and condition are unknown.

I'm normally a guy who thinks a little rough-handling is what "those punks" need -- but a man is face down on the ground with his hand behind his back when that kicking began. I'm sure "STOP RESISTING!" was being yelled a bunch of times during this as well. Pathetic.
