I just won the most expensive auction I've ever been involved with, and will end up in the hole a bit, but not bad at all considering.

I won an auction for 7.8 acres of property.
About 5 acres is nice, dense woods.
Somewhere near 2.8 acres of grass, that might need to become a deer garden...
On this 7.8 acres sits a 4 bedroom house built in 1952.
It boasts 2500+ sq/ft, one full, one half bath.
2-1/2 car finished interior detached garage with a lean to on the side.
A couple of other small out buildings, a screened gazebo overlooking Deer creek.
There is a kayaking pool in the side yard...

Closing is 30 days from end of auction, which was 6:00pm today.
By this time next month I hope to be on my own property again!
