The house looks familiar, alot like mine built in '56 out of blue Bedford stone. I've been eyeing the properties for sale for a year now (in the Owen county area). Been searching for 10-20 acres that will support a home, but that 7+ with a house would do nicely.

I can't complain about having 1.8 acres within marion county, but I'm ready to get out of this town away from Broadripple and Hogwash. Property taxes are amlost more tham my mortgage now.

Yeah, I don’t know about partial brick/stone either. My house is wrapped in stone all the way around but my neighbors house only the front and sides are stone. May be different price points.

Drastically different price point.
Masonry work doesn't come cheap.
