Wonder what the carry rates are in constitutional carry states. No way to know.
Based on a representative sample of Hoosiers (4 of my family members and myself) who have Lifetime LTCHs: 2 carry regularly, 3 do not. Therefore 40% of Hoosiers would carry regularly if Indiana was a Constitutional Carry State. OK, 2 divided by 5 is .4, you gotta give me that much.It might be around the same as Indiana.
In Indiana pretty much anyone who wants to carry can get a LTCH.
I don't think you would have more people carrying if you didn't need one.
Some people don't have the desire to carry.

What's that work out to something like 1 in 7 adults have a LTCH ?
Plus all the long-gun-only folks, with no LTCH. I know several of those. Hunters and the like.that's a lot of armed people.
