I dont know for sure one way or the other if the charges will stick or be valid, but I am sure glad to see the new prosecutor is giving it a shot instead of just throwing them out. atleast he can say he tried.

I watched some of the news reports and interviews today at around 1pm. Channel 8 had Brizzi in studio on air commenting on the situation.

I saw this on the New's earlier.

Don't have any idea on how far the new charges will go but at least
a Judge will be making the decision on the validity of the blood draw.

The new Prosecutor is keeping it on the front burner,
    thats for sure.

Lots of emotion on this case.

As well as he should, I dont care if it was drawn wrong it change in the test would only differ 0.1%. I can't remember the exact BAC of the accused, but I don't imagine 0.1% would matter. Actions have consequense!!!

It will be interesting to see how this thing pans out from an evidentiary standpoint. Curry made big promises but perhaps he would rather get directed out than yield. Much different than Brizzi -this is likely the last stop of Curry's ambitions. Brizzi always had his sights set a bit higher.

Does that mean I can fart in an elevator without fear of embarrassment?

I do not recommend testing this.

I just hope that Curry's decision is a foreshadowing of an attempt to bring light to this matter. This sad and sordid incident needs a through airing to restore credibility to Marion County law enforcement.

If it was a chain of errors, then let's hear about it. If it was something else, then let us hear about that too.

    Good !

I think the whole idea of only certain hospitals being court certified to draw blood is BS .

Was the person who drew the blood certified to do so in the state of IN ?

Yes , good , then WTF is the courts' problem ?
