I turn 44 tomorrow. I'm 5'7 and 295 pounds.
I start P90X on Monday... My motto for the next 90 days is getFITorDIE!
At the advise of my son, I've spend the last couple of weeks doing light workouts and working the elyptical.
Day 1 of P90X was today. Pushups and pullups at my size are a challenge so I did the pushups workouts on the bench press and pullups on the lat pulldown bar.
Today's weight: 287
Eating 5-6 small meals a day, some of those being cereal bars or shakes, or fruit/veggies. I give myself Saturday to "cheat", but don't over do it.
I'm in this 100% now that I'm on the daily workouts.
