The "group of juveniles" was well over 100 individuals and was circling downtown starting fights and misbehaving. Shooting happened right in front of St. Elmos. Witnesses reported many were visibly armed and had covered faces.

I said a while back that the violent teen mob phenomenon was going to come to Indy. It's happened. I wonder who is getting their liquor license pulled over 13-year-olds shooting each other?

While IMPD was dealing with the mass shooting, there were also huge groups of people doing street takeovers. A few hundred of them shut down an intersection to do donuts, wave guns, and jump up and down on an ambulance that was trying to get through. Lots of stupidity going on these days.
