    It is worth trying but I'm not holding my breath either.

    Yeah, this.

    At this point, it isn't really clear what the options are. We at least have to meet them at the negotiation table and say (again), "Stop doing this stupid stuff and we'll help you."

    Then they'll promise to stop. We'll promise to help. They'll demand concessions. We won't give them until they demonstrate compliance. They won't. They'll escalate and demand negotiations.

    And we'll be having this conversation again.
