One week from today, we should know the outcome of the election. The polls have shown Obama leading most of the election season, but are now showing Romney leading.

Several people, myself included, have made predictions on who they think will win, and why. The previous predictions are scattered over numerous threads over the past several months. I know nobody on INGO will try to rub my nose in it if I'm wrong. let's make it easy and put them all in one spot. I would hate for someone to have to dig through thousands of posts to feed an INGO'er some crow.

You can eat anything if you wrap it in bacon first.

Romney wins big! The media will be shocked. The liberals will blame the storm for disenfranchising voters.

    Let's hear yours INGO.:ingo:

    Romney or Obama will win.

Things will remain roughly the same as they have been during my lifetime - a continued downward spiral.

The same two parties will tighten their exclusive grip on the system and the American people will have given their overwhelming consent to be ruled once again.

People from the losing "side" will blame those who didn't vote for an establishment candidate.

Most of the country will drift back to sleep for a few years.

Romney +4 nationwide and a narrow electoral victory. Dems hold Senate, Repubs hold house. Algore cries himself to sleep for 12th straight year.

President - Obama (electoral win, may lose the popular vote slightly)
    Governor - Pence (no contest)
    Senate - Donnelly (barely)

No riots in the streets. This has been one of the least passionate Presidential contests that I've ever seen. Meh.

Obama wins by 3 electoral votes, Romney wins Popular vote. Obama's Administration turns sharply Left.
    Pence wins. Not much changes.
Donnelly wins. The Senate rubber stamps Obama's proposals, with Donnelly much more often than not voting with Obama. He becomes the new Bayh; voting hard Left and talking hard Left in Washington, while talking centrist back here in Indiana.
If we are lucky, Johnson (Federally), and Horning (locally) can eke out 5% to get some Libertarian support building for next election.

We'll elect a new flock of pandering politicians who will continue to fleece future generations with vast overspending on welfare, warfare, & crippling regulations.

RomBama will win, and America will continue to practice Keynesian economics by drilling more holes in the bottom of the sinking boat in a misguided effort to let the water out, and in the end we'll all go down with the ship.

I said it long before Morris stepped out of the shadows. Romney by 5 with 300+ EC votes.

If I'm wrong, I see as was mentioned, a hard left and determined push, with little or no serious opposition. Sad.

Therefore, I HAVE to remain optimistic that my fellow Americans -- the quiet ones, not the vocal minority who captivate the media's attention on a daily basis -- will make their voices heard. There will be cries of "foul" by the left, and quite possibly some riots in larger cities. Won't be the first time Detroit has seen flames. Or LA.

Senate stays in the D column. House stays R. Not much gets done unless and until the next senatorial election.

    That's my prediction.

    Romney wins.

Dems say it is because of Sandy Superstorm and the election should be re-run. And/or, Dems demand recounts in every precinct until Obama wins that precinct.

ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, and all remaining big city newspapers agree with Dems and claim Romney stole the White House. Dems refuse to vote on any bills while a thief is in office and attempt to shut down state and federal governments.

If riots occur, businesses move out of inner cities and there are fewer places the perpetual poor can buy goods. Prices rise due to decreased supply and constant or increasing demand. This causes more riots, fewer businesses, and higher prices.
