NYPD Feds?
Yep, they declined to recommend charges after their investigation. Lol, I just saw my mistake. Obviously take off the PD.
NYPD Feds?
Politics behind charges against an officer? Never!NYPD Feds? You mean the FBI/DOJ NYC Office? Then yes, they should be upset. They were tasked with a job, they did their job, and now Washington over ruled their findings. Why bother to ask them in the first place if you were not going to stand by them. This reeks of politics.
Sort of the opposite of the Hillary investigation. Supposedly all the career rank and file wanted to charge her. The top management decided not to do so.
This is the most lawless administration of my life time.... yeah, I have said it before.
"Lawless?" Doubtful, maybe corrupt.
Quoted before edited. Kut admits corruption in Obama administration. Film at 11.
Reading the article, I don't see anything more than anonymous sources saying an indictment is going to be pursued. I'm not saying that won't happen, but it is far from the officer being actually charged.
maybe corrupt?I would say Lawless and corrupt, and strongly leaning toward Lawless."Lawless?" Doubtful, maybe corrupt.
Wow, if DC justice department is this eager to charge someone you'd think they could have come up with a charge or two against Hillary
Good point. I didn't catch that.Reading the article, I don't see anything more than anonymous sources saying an indictment is going to be pursued. I'm not saying that won't happen, but it is far from the officer being actually charged.
The New York Police Department has suspended Officer Daniel Pantaleo, who was accused of using a chokehold in the 2014 death of Eric Garner. An administrative judge recommended that he be fired.
