Made some changes to my pistol, so I had to snag a new photo of it.
Still loving my suppressor. Trying to dial in some ammo, but my pistol doesn't like the 150gr round nose flat point 30-30 bullets.
Planning on switching over to some 220 grain pills for testing in the coming months. 20181007_160044.jpeg

Did you get yours home yet? I love mine, even liking the brake mount now that I had mike make some blast can thread protectors. I've got more on hardware than I do in the can lol. I got tired of moving brakes around so I bought a pile of them and some of the blast cans. I also ran it on my 7.5" 556 sbr with pleasant results, without the can it nearly gave me a bloody nose lol.

This is the gun I had in mind when I bought this can tho...

The blast cans are a lot of fun on 300bo pistols

Alas, I have not received my get out of jail ticket. Based on the NFA Timelines thread, I've got another two months or more before it comes in. I believe we sent mine off at the beginning of September last year and there are guys who sent their cans out on 6/27/18 who are just now getting their cans.

I am REALLY wanting to put together a DIY suppressor either in 45 ACP to be used on my 1911 and 22 rifles, or 22 specific. Haven't decided and honestly haven't had the funds to do either one.
Did manage to pick up a BCA 223 barrel for $40. Since I was having issues with the 8.5" 300blk barrel, I moved some parts around and now have a 10.5" 223 upper. Not sure of accuracy yet, but my function checks with it show that it isn't unpleasant to shoot, which I was surprised by.

That upper exists purely to build an MK18 Mod0 clone. The A2 gas block should be here today, so I'll upload pix later. Another huge plus of the 223 upper, I have a 22 conversion kit. And it runs well lol. I've already put like 100 rounds through it haha. The range that has my suppressor stopped allowing rifle rounds on the range because of some careless individuals, so I'm relegated to 22 through my suppressor for now. Huge bummer, since I can't take it home to clean it and I can't run a full power round through it to clean it. I'll be shooting less with it until they allow full power rounds or I get to bring it home.

We still need to schedule a time to get together and put some rounds down range. I've got a 223 load that puts down sub-moa groups in my RRA rifle. I'd like to see how it does with a can on it.

22lr is my most used suppressor. I have a thunderbeast 22td. I have a yhm sidewinder in 45, it's huge but light. I'm adding a Witt machine canooter valve in 223, about a month into the wait on that.... I want a dedicated 9mm subgun can, if I had the tools I'd build one on a form1

I'll likely do a Form 1 for a 22 suppressor after I get a trailer for the racecar.
Will PM you about a suppressor shoot. Might have a weekend or two free here soon.

This can is a lot of fun on a 300blk bolt gun.

I had a chance to buy a Ruger American in 300blk earlier this year. I'd rather buy a 308 first. However, I really want one for the fun factor.
You going to the Open Shoot on the 2nd?
