But just after the class a girl told me "You are dangerous" lol, she thought people carrying knife were dangerous.

Logical pickup line would be, "Only to the bad guys."

I always have at least one with me. The other thing I'd have a hard time w/o is a set of good small nail clippers.

I feel half dressed if I make it out the door without a pocket knife. I keep one in my car and truck too, just in case I dropped the one that usually rides in my pocket. My wife even carries one of her own in her purse, right next to the lighter that she carries in case she needs to start a fire, light candles, or someones cigarette.

I am by no means a hardcore blade fanatic yet, but I have carried some form of pocket knife since I was 5 years old. (I do in fact remember my first knife, a 2 blade wood folder with no safety from the fair up in South Dakota).

I've collected many knives but only within the past 4-5 years have I really started investing in quality tools. I carry a CRKT folder wherever I go and I use it at least three times a week. I carry a firearm for defense, I carry a pocket knife because it is a valuable tool.
