Sorry to hear that. That said, I have a friend who is an attorney (yeah I know...) He always tells me "its cheaper to keep her and have a girlfriend".
My problem is I'd get caught, thats my luck!

Much like the other replies, try to explain your stance in a logical and calm manner. Getting upset and talking about using guns might give your wife some ammo haha. You can use the ol' insurance example, it's in-case something happens. And if you just love guns, let her know how important it is to you.
