Can he hit the long ball? I have it on good authority that it's all in the hips.

All jokes aside, very glad this criminals negligence didn't cost anyone else their life. Stupidity at its finest.

So this proves what's already been known: that house arrest thing is more of an audit trail after the fact than any kind of actual active monitoring... Yeah, what a deterrent.
Yep. Just like a protective order is trail of who’s going to get killed next.

Again, stupid gun tricks by irresponsible gun owners enabled by a weak CJ system funds the gun grabbers cause.

I've never been a golfer and grew up in a time when golfers were country club types. In the 80's and 90's it seemed to go mainstream, where factory slugs like me took it up and took over the courses. Interesting now, reading this article, golfing is now going thug.

I am loving the new “Tough on Crime” direction that is being taken now days. It certainly is the directrion to go in order to make the streets safer for everyone, even golfers.

I was thinking, can we start up a business selling home decorating kits for ankle bracelets, you know…..to personalize them and stuff? I hear there is a huge market in Indiana.

Top Golf is more adult Chuck-E-Cheese than actual golf. Think of it as a sports bar with an arcade/driving range and you've got the idea.

I've been to a lot of company meetings and events at Top Golf. Decent food, good beverages and a fun time (even for those that don't golf). Had it not been in the cesspool known as Illinois, I'd have been carrying.

So...does an ankle monitor mean house arrest, you're supposed to stay in your house?
Does it mean leave your house only for essential things, like work and buying groceries?
Does it mean you should stay in the county?
Does it mean don't leave the state?
    Does it mean anything?

2 prior convictions for unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. Filing for "habitual offender". First felony was for criminal recklessness, but a resisting and pointing a firearm were dismissed, I would guess as part of a plea.

For once, Miguel has an "inside source"...

Source claims the gentleman in question was part of a children's birthday party that was present. Until the gun went off and half of them (not the kids) split.

    YMMV.

Hurd was among the split as was another guy who was picked up for possession of firearm by a serious violent felon. Big night for Top Golf.

What is the preferred pistol for CC by a felon on house arrest?

    Whats not drop safe?

    Single action revolver?
    Old break open revolver?
Early auto like from the 1920’s?

Well someone suggested it was a P320 that had not been warrantied.

Some imported 1911s that are sold are in Series 70/GI configuration.
