BTW I failed to mention that the food at the deli was yummy!
Yes it's basic burgers but it did not do a number on my stomach like most fast food does and the chocolate cream pie was DA BOMB!

oh, see, I thought he meant carry those heavy boxes by himself... as in, get help next time... clearly he was making an public, documented admission to carrying heavy boxes by himself and since that could throw out his back, that's wise not to do anymore.
